The Silicon Paradox
MicroLED Optics
A New Contender in the AI Data Center Race
Every few years, a component that used to sit quietly in the background of computing infrastructure suddenly becomes a headline topic. Optical interconnects are having that moment right now. As AI clusters push past hundreds of thousands of accelerators, the technology carrying data between chips has become as important as the chips themselves, and a new approach built on MicroLEDs is starting to challenge the assumptions that have shaped data center optics for two decades.
High-Performance Compute Fabric
The Wiring Behind Modern AI - (HPC)
When people talk about the compute powering large AI models, the conversation almost always lands on GPUs. How many chips a company owns, how fast each one runs, how much memory it carries.
That focus makes sense on the surface, but it hides where a lot of the real engineering effort has moved in the last two years: the connections between those chips.

Next Wave of Innovation
Unveiling the Microscopic Engines of Progress, every technological leap, from the smartphone in your pocket to the most ambitious space mission, relies on fundamental advances in how we process information. At the very heart of this progress lie Advanced Semiconductors & Computing.

AI at Your Fingertips: Balancing Convenience and Privacy
In today's digital landscape, artificial intelligence has become our constant companion. With AI assistants like ChatGPT growing increasingly popular, many of us regularly turn to these tools both at home and work without a second thought. But have you ever wondered what happens to that sensitive document you asked ChatGPT to summarize, or that confidential email you needed translated?
Hardware Wallets
Hardware wallets are physical devices and they have become a very common complement among the community of people who are interested in cryptocurrencies, they have the advantage that the devices always keep private keys safe and never leave the device therefore they are not exposed.
Manufacturers of hardware wallets have all their models compatible with all operating systems.
Obviously a hardware wallet is not infallible, hackers are always ready to commit attacks, so it is very important to keep our wallet updated with the latest firmware version from the manufacturer.
To name a few, I will name two of the best known and most used:
- Ledger
- Trezor
Not to download updates from pages external to the manufacturer.
